There are 2 ways to enter clinical care with Dr Frances. One is a CONSULT the other is as a MEMBER of the practice. The choice is yours. You receive the same attentive care either way. The consult is best for those seeking specialty support while maintaining their own primary care provider. Parents come with things like…

• Persistent crying, colic, feeding difficulties, or digestive concerns

• A baby or young child who cannot settle, regulate, or sleep

• Behavior that feels intense, confusing, or impossible to reach

• Challenges with attention, focus, or emotional regulation

• A child who seems especially sensitive, reactive, or overwhelmed

• A parent whose own nervous system is making everything harder

• A sense that something isn't quite right — without a name for it yet the issues could be related to airway ( tonsillitis, adenoiditis) belly pain or behavioral/attention concerns

Membership in the practice is for those families who want Dr. Frances in their corner long-term. Text and email access year round, with visits (additional fee) when they are ill or bumps occur along the way and to celebrate their accomplishments as they learn and grow. A concierge tier is available that includes visits and specialty tinctures.

Enrollment Fee
This one time enrollment fee goes toward the work that is required to register your child's data into our system and all the other business of establishing care with our practice.

Minimum fee:  $100 per child

Membership Fees
The membership fee is intended to support a smaller patient panel that allows more accessibility to me via email and text, same or next day ill child visits ( in office or online), and the availability of phone calls when you are needing the occasional touch-point. Office/Online visits for Members typically range $236-386.

Membership Fee: $1222/year for the first child and $644 for each subsequent child.

If necessary we can accommodate payment plans for the Membership Fee with a 1 year commitment.

Insurance
I am out of network with most Insurance plans. If you have insurance, we want you to be able to use it so we provide a superbill that enables you to be reimbursed by most plans.

First Conversation: A free 15-minute conversation about Malone Pediatrics, how membership and consults work, and whether we’re a good fit. This is not a medical visit, and we won’t assess your child’s symptoms. Clinical care is available to Washington State families.

Consult Visit: A full, unhurried visit, for one concern that needs more time and a closer look. You keep your current primary care provider, and you leave with a plan you understand. In person or online. For Washington State families.

Establish Care Visit: Your first visit as a member of Malone Pediatrics. We review your child’s health history, talk about your family and what matters to you in your child’s care, and set up how we will work together going forward. In person in Poulsbo or online. For Washington State families.
